  ACTION: Ross should talk to vince about having the SNP-Call code from Bioconductor generate geneBase objects, including how to set up the interaction between the groups.

• Greg's work on data import for GeneticsBase

  Greg added files for importing data files, including pfizer's internal format, basic ped, and the hapmap ped format.

Side Note:

Greg has a project called Chaco which allows definition of computational modules associated with enough machine-readable metadata so that wrappers can be automatically instantiated into common UI tools.
