  • Meeting every 2nd and 4th Friday instead of alternate weeks
    • Greg to setup WebEx? and send to all
    • Setup agenda (technical stuff and higher level stuff) for the meetings and send to all before meetings
  • David -> send index page containing functions of Splus gene
  • GOLD - ld plotting programming (C++) published in Nature genetics 2000. lgpl - no support (http://www.sph.umich.edu/csg/abecasis/GOLD/) - only with biallelic loci, but not good for micro-satellites (multi-allelic loci)
    • Ross to get the code.
  • Michael and David - look at the efficiency of Splus gene for large data sets.
  • Michael - talk to lawyer and get back about license in Oct
  • Allele Frequency display - Nitin + Greg to complete it
  • Documentation - Nitin to finalize it
  • LD implementation - only biallelic unlike HWE which is multiallelic
    • Ross to move xbat code in cvs
  • Greg -> supply code to use apply model for every marker
  • Nitin -> implement Ross' suggestions about missingCodes
  • Look at eSet structures - Ross to talk to Vince and report back by 16th Sep
  • Alpha release before or after changing the eSet structure
