I would like to see meeting minutes formatted something like:

Meeting every 2nd and 4th Friday instead of alternate weeks

- Setup agenda (technical stuff and higher level stuff) for the meetings and send to all before meetings
David -> send index page containing functions of Splus gene
GOLD - ld plotting programming (C++) published in Nature genetics 2000. lgpl - no support (http://www.sph.umich.edu/csg/abecasis/GOLD/) - only with biallelic loci, but not good for micro-satellites (multi-allelic loci)
- Ross to get the code.
Michael and David - look at the efficiency of Splus gene for large data sets.
Michael - talk to lawyer and get back about license in Oct
Allele Frequency display - Nitin + Greg to complete it
Documentation - Nitin to finalize it
LD implementation - only biallelic unlike HWE which is multiallelic
- Ross to move xbat code in cvs
Greg -> supply code to use apply model for every marker
Nitin -> implement Ross' suggestions about missingCodes
Look at eSet structures - Ross to talk to Vince and report back by 16th Sep
Alpha release before or after changing the eSet structure
