David, Greg and Ross conferred on August 25, 2006:
- Greg will send a copy of the sourceforge SVN to Seth for incorporation into the BioC SVN which means we'll get nightly builds (package owners will wade through the error messages!) and we should no longer commit to the Sourceforge SVN. We'll have to figure out how to get developers checkin access to the BioC SVN - Greg?
- David got what would be a great score (206 if I remember) a couple of years back but which is now close to the cutoff on an NIH grant to develop QTL mapping software - watch this space...
- At the Seattle BioC meeting, Greg and others requested a few minor additions to the new ESet? structure which would allow us to make our Geneset inherit from the ESet?, thus gaining lots of flexibility. Much interest in what we're doing among developers..
- David will convene a telecon between Michael O'Connel and Ross to iron out any last issues on code donation from Insightful.
- Next teleconference is scheduled for 09/08/06 from 1:30 PM EDT to 09/08/06 at 2:30 PM
